PROVIDENCE — Westerly High's Brian Garcia won two bouts at the state wrestling tournament on Friday at the Providence Career & Technical Academy.

Garcia won his first bout at 126 with a decision. He lost his next bout via a decision and won his third bout in the consolation round with a decision.

Judea Balmonte (220) lost his first bout and won by forfeit in the consolation round.

Wrestling in the tournament resumes Saturday at 10 a.m. at PCTA.
