RICHMOND — Rob Charette and Mike Gouin both shot 78s in Flight A during the South Eastern New England Senior Golf Association event at Beaver River Country Club on Monday.

Charettee earned top low gross honors on a match of cards.

Harold Panciera and Ed Cekala compiled five points each. Panciera won on a match of cards. All ties on the day were broken with a match of cards.

In Flight B, Bob McCorry shot 77 and Jack Brady had an 80. Jay Sperry finished with seven points and Byron Brown had six.

Bill Johnston topped Flight C with an 87 and Frank Gallo was right behind with an 88. Don Cimini finished with five points and Bob Blinn had three.

In Flight D, Graham Jeffrey posted an 84 and Vin Bartucca had an 88. John Uhoch and Tom Altieri both had eight points. Uhoch won the tiebreaker.

Elton Ricker topped Flight E on the tiebreaker against Don Phillips. They both shot 91. Bill Smyth had nine points and Joe Anderson six.

In Flight F, Allan Thomas and Ed Shilke shots 99s. Thomas won on the tiebreaker. Don Correia had 16 points and Ernie Wright 12. The event had 146 players.
