GROTON — Trace Morales hit two three-run home runs and the Mystic 10-12 Little League All-Stars rolled past Groton, 22-6, in a District 10 baseball tournament game Tuesday at Burrows Field.

Mystic, which improved to 3-0 in pool play, racked up 21 hits in the victory.

Caleb Watson's second hit, a double in the top of the fifth, got the Mystic offense going.

Finn Eck finished with four hits and two RBIs, Hayden Chappel and Liam Joyce each had three hits (Joyce's were all doubles), and Watson, Jayden Carter and Jonah Korenik had two hits apiece. Joyce added three RBIs.

Pitcher Dylan Joyce earned the victory for Mystic, tossing 4⅔ innings of three-hit ball.
