NEW LONDON — Ryan Huta had a goal and an assist as the Eastern Connecticut Eagles tied Branford, 2-2, in a nonconference ice hockey game Monday at Connecticut College.

Evan Tower added a goal for the Eagles (7-4-1), Devyn Jordan had an assist and goalie Rylin Fowler made 40 saves.

The Eagles next play at Suffield/Granby/Windsor Locks on Saturday at 6 p.m.
