NEW LONDON — Ryan Huta scored three goals, including the game-winner in overtime, as the Eastern CT Eagles beat Suffield/Granby/Windsor Locks, 4-3, in a Nutmeg Hockey Conference game Saturday at Connecticut College.

Kyle Jacobson's goal with 14 seconds remaining in regulation tied the game. Jacobson also had two assists.

Evan Tower added two assists, and Trent Hughson had one. Goalie Rylin Fowler made 21 saves.

The Eagles (3-1) next play Guilford at the East Haven Ice Rink on Thursday at 3 p.m.

Students from Stonington High and Wheeler High play on the team.
