ENFIELD, Conn. — Evan Tower scored three goals and assisted on two others as the Eastern Connecticut Eagles clinched a playoff spot with a win against Suffield/Granby/Windsor Locks, 6-1, at Enfield Twin Rinks on Saturday.

Kyle Jacobson finished with a goal and two assists. Ryan Huta and Will Cannella contributed a goal each. The Eagles led 5-1 at the end of the first period.

Rylin Fowler finished with 14 saves and Wes Williamson had seven.

The Eagles (8-4-1) face North Haven at the Northford Ice Pavilion on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.
