NORTH WINDHAM, Conn. — Ron Angotta shot a 73 to post the low gross Flight A score in the South Eastern New England Senior Golf association weekly event Monday at the Windham Club.
Lionel Pepin finished with a 77. Harold Panciera had seven points and Ron Hantman three.
All ties on the day were broken with a match of cards.
In Flight B, Ed Coogan shot an 80 and Joe Souza an 82. Jay McSorley edged Allen Holden in points on the tiebreaker as they each had eight.
Bill Boots topped Flight C with an 83 and Don Cimini shot 85. Mark Holeman finished with eight points and Ray Sheehan six.
In Flight D, Richard Herrick topped Howard Hyde on the tiebreaker after they both shot 86. Joe Vadala had five points and Joe Light four.
Stan Ehrlich prevailed in Flight E with a 95 one stroke ahead of Loren Johnson's 96. Jesse Johnson finished with eight point and Larry Rutledge five.
In Flight F, Bob Thurber shot a 94 and Bill Smyth had a 95. Ed Stratton compiled 14 points and Neil Sklaroff six.
A total of 89 players competed.
