LINCOLN — Westerly High played well in the first game Tuesday, but it didn't stop the Bulldogs from being swept by Lincoln, 3-0, in a Division II-A girls volleyball match.

The scores were 30-28, 25-12, 25-19.

The loss was Westerly's sixth in a row.

"We can't seem to push through an entire match," coach Erinn Beal said.

Kylee Marley had seven kills, two blocks, one ace and five digs for Westerly (3-8, 3-8 Division II). Meg Beal added five kills, two blocks, 11 assists and 15 digs, Alexa Beal had five kills and 11 digs, and Olivia Marsh contributed two kills, two aces and six digs.

Lincoln improved to 9-2, 9-2.

Westerly next plays at Toll Gate on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
