WESTERLY — Westerly High's Helena Hall-Thomsen and Megan Albamonti established school records at the Brian Moretti Invitational track meet Saturday.

Hall-Thomsen won the 200 in a time of 25.39 eclipsing the previous school mark held by Emma Santee of 25.49.

Albamonti improved her own record in the javelin with a throw of 136-5. She established the previous record of 135-1 earlier this season.

Hall-Thomsen also won the 400 (57.04). Teammate Sydney Federico was second in the 400 (59.71) and the 200 (25.25).

Caelan Holdredge won the 300 meter hurdles (47.42) and was second in the 100 hurdles (16.29).

Jenna Burke placed fifth in the 800 (2:30.35).

Westerly's Burke, Nina Cillino, Cozzolino and Abbey Keegan finished fifth in the 4x400 relay (4:27.15).

Alex Mitchell contributed a sixth in the long jump (15-3.25).

Westerly next competes in the Southern Division championship meet Monday at Coventry at 4 p.m.
