STONINGTON — Stonington High earned its fifth straight win, sweeping Ledyard, 7-0, in an ECC out-of-division girls tennis match Wednesday.

Freshman Maddie Hamm moved to 14-0 at No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win. Other singles winners were No. 2 Alison Marsiglia, 6-2, 6-1, No. 3. Holly Foster, 6-0, 6-1, and No. 4 Erin Motherway, 6-1, 6-1.

Doubles winners were No. 1 Amelia Caron and Cassie Onorato, 6-2, 6-3, No. 2 Katie Johnstone and Chloe Morehouse, 6-0, 6-0, and No. 3 Grace Milne and Mia Lewandowski, 6-0, 6-0.

Caron and Onorato are 14-0.

Ledyard is 5-8. Stonington (13-1) next travels to St. Bernard on Thursday for 3:45 p.m. match.
