WESTERLY — Rogers edged the Westerly High girls swim team, 48-46, on Wednesday night at the Ocean Community YMCA pool to remain unbeaten in the Rossi Division
Westerly is 5-2 in the league, while Rogers moved to 5-0.
Jessica Burke, Jenna Burke and Melanie Gomes each won two individual events for the Bulldogs.
Jessia Burke was first in the 100 butterfly (1:05.89) and the 500 freestyle (6:04.56).
Jenna Burke won the 50 free (26.62) and the 100 backstroke (1:07.94).
Gomes finished finished first in the 100 free (57.99) and the 100 breaststroke (1:14.31).
Third-place finishers were Timmary Main (50 free, 30.39), Jordan Allen (100 breaststroke, 1:27.6), Grace Armstrong (200 individual medley, 2:50.36) and Emma Turano (200 free, 2:44.81).
The Burkes, Gomes and Myranda Johnstone finished first in the 200 medley relay (1:58.96) and the 200 free relay (1:51.56).
Armstrong, Johnstone, Turano and Allen placed second in the 400 free relay (4:38.72).
Armstrong, Kata Cummings, Lindsey Pride and Main placed third in the 200 medley relay (2:04.79).
Armstrong, Main, Allen and Turano finished third in the 200 free relay (1:59.99).
Main, Cummings, Pride and Jenni Pringer placed third in the 400 free relay (5:09.43).
Westerly is off until Feb. 13 when his hosts Middletown at 7:30 p.m.
