NORTH STONINGTON — Three Wheeler High runners earned first-team All-ECC Division IV girls cross country honors this season.

Senior Brittney Riggins, and juniors Kristiana Ram and Bridget Riggins earned the honor.

Brittney Riggins was the team's top runner in most races this season. She was the first Wheeler runner across the line seven times, including at the ECC championships in which she finished 71st.

Ram ran in the third or fourth position for most of the season. She was the second Wheeler runner across the line at the Class S championships, placing 120th overall. She finished 80th at the ECC championships.

Bridget Riggins was the second runner for most of the season. She was Wheeler's No. 2 finisher four times. She placed 76th at the ECC championships and 122nd at the Class S state meet.

Miranda Pabst received the ECC sportsmanship award, and Ram was the scholar-athlete.

Wheeler was 7-5 overall and won the ECC Division IV title with a 5-0 record.
