WESTERLY — Mackenzie Fusaro scored 12 points on four 3-pointers and the Westerly High girls basketball team rolled past Middletown, 55-33, in a Division II game Thursday.

The Bulldogs (5-14, 5-9 Division II) built a 37-22 halftime lead and cruised from there.

Alexa Beal added nine points and eight rebounds, and Meg Beal had eight points and 11 boards.

The Islanders fell to 4-14, 4-11.

Westerly next hosts West Warwick on Monday at 6 p.m.
