STONINGTON — Sophomore Sophia Bell scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Stonington High defeated Exeter-West Greenwich, 61-24, in a nonleague girls basketball game Saturday.

Miranda Arruda finished with 10 points and Zoe Riberio added nine. Aliza Bell contributed eight points and 10 rebounds, while Kate Johnston had eight points and six boards.

Exeter-West Greenwich dropped to 1-2. Stonington (3-0) next travels to Ledyard on Monday for 6 p.m. contest.
