MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Stonington High's Graham Johnstone and Kyle Remmert advanced to the doubles title match in the Class S boys tennis tournament with a three-set victory Thursday at Wesleyan University.

Johnstone and Remmert defeated top-seeded Spencer Sivilla and Jack Honigmann of Litchfield, 6-3, 5-7, 6-3.

Johnstone and Remmert will face No. 2 Chris Nuzzo and Garrett Johnson of Morgan in the championship match Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Wesleyan.

In singles, Stonington's Jake Stiger lost to No. 1 seed Charlie Shanks of Litchfield, 6-0, 6-0, in the semifinals.
