EAST LYME — East Lyme handed Stonington High its first loss of the season by defeating the Bears, 6-1, in an ECC out-of-division boys tennis match Tuesday.

East Lyme (10-0) won three of the matches in three sets. The Vikings have compiled their 10 wins by a 68-2 margin.

Stonington's Will Michelson picked up the Bears' only win at second singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Stonington (12-1) next travels to Fitch on Wednesday for a 3:45 p.m. match.
