NORWICH — Tyler Fidrych scored once and assisted on four goals as Stonington High defeated NFA, 5-1, in an ECC Division I boys soccer game Tuesday.

Stonington (8-0-2, 3-0-1 Division I) led 2-0 at the half.

Sam Montalto scored Stonington's first two goals, and Fidrych added the third on a penalty kick. Montalto finished with three goals, and George Limberakis scored the remaining goal.

Fidrych has 13 goals and 14 assists this season. Montalto leads the team with 14 goals.

NFA dropped to to 2-5-1, 1-3.

Stonington next travels to Fitch on Saturday for a 2 p.m. game.
