WESTERLY — Westerly High had the first three runners across the line and opened the Southern Division boys cross country season with a pair of wins Tuesday at the Bradford Preserve.

Nick Turo was first in 17:27 and was followed by Sebastian Reisch (17:40) and Tanner Kelly (17:47).

Westerly defeated Narragansett, 15-50, and Prout, 22-33.

Other Westerly scorers were Colby Makin (sixth, 18:04) and Aaron Tallardy (10th, 18:41).

Westerly next hosts Exeter-West Greenwich, South Kingstown and West Warwick on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
