PAWTUCKET — Four Westerly High players scored in double figures as the Bulldogs earned their seventh straight Division II boys basketball win, 79-63, against Tolman on Monday.

Chas Morgan led the way with 25 points and four 3-pointers. Connor Warner hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with 16. Jawarie Hamelin contributed 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Patrick Murphy finished with 11 points and a team-high 10 rebounds.

"We had good balanced scoring. When we do that we are tough to beat," Westerly coach Mike Gleason said. "We had multiple guys chipping in. Nick Lauzon also took two charges. He's been big for us in a unsung hero's role the entire season."

Justin Carvalho, one of of Tolman's top scorers, finished with 16, but had only two in the second half.

Westerly (13-4, 10-3 Division II) led 39-27 at the half.

Tolman dropped to 5-11, 4-9 Division II.

Westerly hosts Burrillville on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
