PROVIDENCE — Chariho High's Abby Cole finished first in two races during a Dwyer Division girls indoor track meet at the Providence Career & Technical Academy on Tuesday.

Cole won the 3,000 (10:58.89) and the 600 (1:54.78).

Chariho (3-1) defeated North Smithfield, 61-48, but lost to Juanita Sanchez, 59-46.

Anna LaCroix was first in the 1,500 (5:18.79).

Elizabeth LaCroix won the 1,000 (3:36.94) and was second in the 1,500 (5:19.55).

Julia Fortune finished second in the 3,000 (12:00.06) as did Julianne Wood in the high jump (4-4).

Third-place finishers were Rebekah Sullivan (600, 2:04.94), Caitlyan Allensen (1,000, 3:52.98) and Michalea Brady (long jump, 13-0).

Chariho was second in the 4x400 and the 4x200 relays. Names of those on the relay teams were not available.
