PROVIDENCE — Abby Cole, Elizabeth LaCroix and Tia Sardelli all won races as the Chariho High girls indoor track teams earned two wins in a Dwyer Division meet on Thursday at the Providence Career & Technical Academy.

Cole was first in the 1,000 (3:22.89), LaCroix the 1,500 (5:34.15) and Sardelli the 600 (1:50.81).

Chariho (4-1, 4-1 Dwyer Division) defeated Scitute, 66-25, and Wheeler School, 53-42, but lost to Cranston East (71-33).

Caitlyan Allensen was second in the 3,000 (13:18.50) as was Anna LaCroix in the 1,500 (5:35.75).

Julianne Wood finished second in the high jump (4-4) and third in the shot put (22-11.5) and the weight throw (21-2.5).

Rebekah Sullivan placed third in the 600 (2:08.06).

Chariho next competes in the Rhode Island Coaches Association Invitational on Saturday at PCTA.
