WOOD RIVER JCT. — Jennah Squab's second-half goal was the difference as Lincoln defeated Chariho High, 1-0, in a Division II field hockey game Wednesday.

Hannah Smith made nine saves in goal for the Chargers, who were outshot 10-2. Lincoln (2-1-1, 2-1-1 Division II) also had a decided advantage in penalty corners, 10-3.

Chariho (0-3, 0-3) next hosts Cumberland on Friday at 4 p.m.
