TIVERTON — Chariho High finished with a decided advantage in shots but fell to Tiverton, 8-5, in a Division II boys lacrosse game on Friday.

The Chargers outshot the Tigers 39-15 and hit the post at least four times in the second half, coach Ryan Mead said.

"We got a lot of shots off," he added, "But their goalie played wall and we just weren't able to hit the net."

Nathan Allamby had two goals and one assist for the Chargers (2-11, 2-10 Division II). Charlie Krause scored twice, Evan Judkins had one goal, Luke Mead had two assists, and Nick Corrente contributed one assist.
