WEST GREENWICH — Chariho High opened the Southern Division boys cross country season with three victories Tuesday.

Chariho defeated Exeter-West Greenwich, Rogers and West Warwick all by 15-50 margins.

Finn Weeden was the first Chariho runner across the 3.1-mile course in 18:30. Sullivan Cummins had an identical time and was awarded second.

C.J. Elwell was third in 18:32. The other Chariho scorers were Simon Manlove (fourth, 18:33) and Dan Nimiroski (fifth, 18:36).

Chariho next runs at Rocky Point against Toll Gate and Narragansett on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
