standing Letters

In his letter titled, “Mageau’s Hillary math just doesn’t add up,” (The Westerly Sun, Aug. 30, 2019), Harvey Perry claims that after several investigations by Congress about Benghazi, Ambassador Clinton was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Anyone who was really paying attention would know that those investigations were a farce. One of her most despicable lies was when Ms. Clinton blamed a man in Texas named Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, a Coptic Christian, whose short video “The Innocence of Muslims,” was blamed for sparking the terror attack at the U.S. diplomatic compound in Libya. Mr. Nakoula was arrested and put in jail even though Ms. Clinton knew his video had nothing to do with the terror attack. Evidence of that can be seen by the telephone call that Ambassador Clinton made to the President of Egypt notifying him of the terror attack shortly after it commenced.

Mr. Perry, your defense of Hillary’s handling of the Benghazi cover-up is disappointing because she even lied to the parents of the young men who were killed over there. It may be instructive to recall that Mrs. Pat Smith blamed her son’s death on Hillary Clinton and even called her a blatant liar on national television.

Yogi Berra said, “Its not over till its over,” so you should not rest easy believing that Hillary is in the clear on Benghazi. It was reported on TV yesterday by a spokesman for a law firm in Washington, D.C., Judicial Watch, that a Federal District Court judge has granted a motion to permit Judicial Watch to take sworn deposition from Hillary Clinton and that she has 30 days to respond to its questions.

That could melt the whole ball of wax.
