GROTON — The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Groton Senior Center, 102 Newtown Road, at 5:30 p.m., about the 2019 Southeastern Connecticut Regional Bike and Pedestrian Plan.

The council is looking for public comment and input on the plan to make Southeastern Connecticut bike and pedestrian friendly. The final draft of the plan is posted at bikewalksect.com.
