Lucienne S. Sanchez, of Weston, Mass., was charged Monday with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

STONINGTON

Marianne Hartwell, 69, of East Lyme, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Oluwaseun M. Famodimu, 27, of no given address, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and breach of peace

Ashley Tackling, 25, of Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with failure to display lights at night, improper use of license plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with a suspended license.

HOPKINTON

Damian A. Peterson, 22, of Cranston, was charged July 4 on an arrest warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court. He was also cited with driving when license is suspended or denied.

Dylan J. Clark, 24, of 45 Tomaquag Road, Ashaway, was charged July 4 with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

Katherine James, 23, of 45 Tomaquag Road, Ashaway, was charged July 4 with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

Terren W. Osgood, 28, of Providence, was charged July 7 with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Ryan M. Harrington, 31, of Chepachet, was charged July 10 with refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Derek S. Mackenzie, 27, of 47 Salt Pond Way, Westerly, was charged Monday on an arrest warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court.
