Kayleigh M.Cabral, 31, of 12 Robinson St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with willful trespassing.

A 14-year-old juvenile was charged Wednesday with willful trespassing.

May Rose O'Connell, 27, of 83 Winnapaug Road, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

Michele K. Black, 54, of 32 Cross St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

David A. Herbert, 31, of 65 High St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with domestic refusal to relinquish phone for emergency call and domestic disorderly conduct.

Benjamin D. Sumner, 55, of 32 Cross St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

STONINGTON

David James Phillips, 28, of Colchester, was charged Wednesday with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving when license is suspended or refused, using a counterfeit marker or registration, and speeding.

Joseph F. Bialek, 77, of 29 Meadowwood Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and speeding.

RICHMOND

Fred Edmond Jr., 47, of 25 Old Kenyon Road, Richmond, was charged Aug. 30 with leaving the scene of a crash. 

Zachary R. Smith, 28, of 68 Clearview Drive, Richmond, was charged Aug. 31 with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test. 

Gabriella M. Rochford, 29, of 4 Meadow Ridge Road, Westerly, was charged Aug. 31 with obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, vandalism and resisting arrest. 

Steven J. Colucci, 20, of 89 Maxson Hill Road, Ashaway, was charged Sept. 1 with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

James A. Kenyon, 65, of West Kingston, was charged Sept. 2 with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test. 

Sean D. Carpenter, 33, of 91 Auburn Drive, Charlestown, was charged Sept. 3 with violation of a no-contact order. 

Michael Tourgas, 60, of West Kingston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test. 

Stephen M. Norato, 54, of North Kingstown, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault or battery.
