Michael J. Atzert, 29, of Coventry, was charged Wednesday with failure to stop at an accident resulting in damage.

Rebecca J. Osuch, 48, of 197 Ross Hill Road, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with misdemeanor shoplifting.

Christopher J. Vilucci, 49, of Newport, was charged Wednesday with larceny under $1,500.

STONINGTON

Scarlett Cava, 61, of 40 Salt Acres Road, Stonington, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Zoe Bergsvik, 19, of Solvang, Calif., was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

HOPKINTON

Ebenezer Torto, 27, was charged Dec. 19 with domestic simple assault or battery, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

Melissa M. Sherman, 43, of 1115 Main St., Apt. B, Hope Valley, was charged Dec. 20 with domestic simple assault or battery, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

Kyle E. Dubreuil, 29, of New Bedford, Mass., was charged Friday with cyberstalking.

RICHMOND

Troy E. Clark, 34, of 7 Floey Drive, Hope Valley, was charged Dec. 13 with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content.

James Opalka, 42, of 13 Nooseneck Hill Road, Richmond, was charged Dec. 15 on an arrest warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court.

Nicholas S. Chace, 30, of 107 Fenner Hill Road, Hopkinton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Kurt P. Santiago, 29, of 18 Riverview Drive, Charlestown, was charged Sunday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
