David I. Berry, 52, of 56 Spruce St., was charged Friday on a bench warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court. He was also charged on two bench warrants from 6th Division District Court.

James Opalka, 42, of 13 Noose Neck Road, Richmond, was charged Saturday with violation of a no-contact order and domestic disorderly conduct.

John Glenn Briggs, of no given address, was charged Saturday on a bench warrant from 4th Division District Court.

Noel P. DePina, 40, of Stoughton, Mass., was charged Sunday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.


Samantha Rose Childs, 46, of Preston, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Henry Hilary Chmielinski, 26, of 208 S. Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with failure to pay or plead, failure to obey control signal and driving a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended or refused.

Avery J. Davis, 24, of Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, improper use of marker, failure to register motor vehicle, and failure to obey control signal.

Aaron Isaiah Gould, 25, of 25 Noyes Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with creating a public disturbance, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with police.
