Members of the Charlestown Richmond Fire Department, Charlestown Ambulance Rescue Service and Charlestown police responded to a rollover crash around 2 a.m. Sunday along Old Coach Road near Sand Hill Road. Charlestown Ambulance Rescue Chief Andrew Kettle said the driver, a man in his 20s, was the only person involved and after being assessed on scene, he declined to receive further treatment. The crash caused damage to a utility pole and electrical wires and the road was closed for several hours to allow emergency crews to clean up.
