WESTERLY — Westerly Community Credit Union has announced the introduction of a new and improved eBanking platform and app. The unified platform allows members to transact and manage banking business on desktop computers, smartphones and tablets. E-banking can be used for loan applications, opening accounts, buying CDs, handling bills, debit and credit cards, and viewing account information.

The new platform also includes budgeting tools, alerts, and the ability to lock or unlock your cards that are accidentally misplaced. “As more business shifts from traditional branch activity to online activity, we wanted to ensure our members are experiencing the same high level of service via our online platforms as they do when visiting our branches or communicating with our contact center,” said Stephen White, WCCU president and CEO.

The e-banking feature is available to all members and is accessible directly from the credit union's homepage.
