WESTERLY — The Randall, Realtors Watch Hill office has announced the sale of 11 Yosemite Valley Road, Watch Hill, for $4,100,000 in a transaction that closed Oct. 16.

Serene O’Connor, associate broker with the Randall, Realtors, represented the buyers, and William Hecker with Mott & Chase Sotheby's International, represented the sellers, Glenn and Darcy Weber of Gulf Stream, Fla. The new owners are listed as Craig L. McKibben and Mary Ellen Mannion.

Data from the Rhode Island State-Wide Multiple Listing Service showed that this was the second-highest value sale of the year in Watch Hill. According to the real estate listing, it went on the market at the end of August for nearly $4.5 million; the tax assessment was $2,182,400.

Built in 2016, the five-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot house sits on a 1.4-acre lot and features ocean views and a heated in-ground pool. “The buyers selected this home because of the architectural design, the craftsmanship and the quality of construction.” O’Connor said.  “They were also struck by the setting, the proximity to East Beach, and the privacy.”
