WESTERLY —  Chris and Amy Randall of The Chris Randall Group, part of Randall, Realtors’ Charlestown office, represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of the Shelter Harbor Inn. Shelter Harbor Holdings Limited bought the property for $2 million from James Dey's Shelter Harbor Inn Inc.The business itself was sold separately for $1.1 million, according to Chris Randall.

The structure at 10 Wagner Road was built in 1800. The property includes a 24-room inn on 3.41 acres and a 4,000 square foot restaurant plus guest access to a milelong ocean beach. “It was a pleasure to take part in the sale of such an important and historic local landmark,” Randall said in a news release.  “We are delighted to know that they intend to continue its use as an inn and restaurant.”

Chris Randall recently received the Randall, Realtors annual “Community Spirit” award. He is on the board of the Salt Ponds Coalition, Arcadia YMCA, and the Charlestown Chamber of Commerce, and is also is a member of the Westerly Lions Club, a major gifts campaign fundraiser for the Ocean Community YMCA, and a volunteer at the Charlestown Seafood Festival.
