NARRAGANSETT — Lila Delman Real Estate has announced the appointment of Ryan Elsman as chief operating officer and Brandyn Brunelle as chief creative officer. They will work with John Hodnett and Pamela Delman-Hodnett, the owners, on strategic growth and daily operations and will continue to oversee the firm’s marketing strategy.

The firm said that since joining the company in 2017, Elsman and Brunelle had been instrumental in the rebranding, growth and expansion of the brokerage, which reported $560 million in total sales volume last year. The company is based in Narragansett and has offices in Newport, Providence, Jamestown, Watch Hill, and Block Island.

Pamela Delman-Hodnett's sister, Melanie Delman, who died in September 2018, had been president of the firm founded by their mother, Lila Delman. Hodnett, who is now the president, said that Elsman and Brunelle had "provided leadership, strength, and dedication that have helped pave the way for a professional and progressive company going forward."

Elsman and Brunelle, former New York City residents, moved to Newport in 2017. Elsman had been director of marketing and communications with the Delman firm and before that worked for a team of real estate brokers out of the Compass Inc. flagship office in New York.

Brunelle "served as right hand to the principal of a high-end residential design firm," according to the Lila Delman Real Estate announcement.
