WESTERLY — Randall Realtors has announced the sale of 120 Atlantic Ave. in Misquamicut for $1,250,000. Dan Babich from Randall Realtors’ Watch Hill office represented the buyers, and Schilke Realty listed the property, which had been owned by Susan P. Butler of Simsbury, Conn. The sale closed on Jan. 4.
The four-bedroom house was built in 2006 on a 0.11-acre lot and has 2,502 square feet of living space, according to town property records. Its assessment was listed as $1,233,800, and it went on the market in October for $1,295,000. It is across the street from the Misquamicut Fire District station.
Randall, Realtors said its new owners "will enjoy four levels of ocean views, using a built-in elevator to reach the top level. Two decks allow for relaxation; to sit back and take in the fresh salt air in either the sun or shade." It is also equipped with energy efficient solar panels and an outdoor shower.
