WESTERLY — Westerly Hospital has announced its fall Wednesday Wellness series lineup.

All programs are held at the hospital in the Henry J. Nardone Conference Center, and all programs are free. Seating is limited. To reserve a seat for one or more of the sessions, call 800-636-2824 or visit westerlyhospital.org. The session are as follows:

Oct. 24, 6:30 p.m.: “Surgery: From Diagnosis to Recovery,” will focus on learning what is involved when your doctor says you need to have surgery, and will be presented by Dr. Allison McAteer, a general surgeon.

Nov. 7, 5 p.m.: “Urology,” presented by Dr. Erik Enquist, will detail the latest treatments for urological conditions ranging from basic treatments to more complex regimens.

Nov. 14, 5 p.m.: “Impact of Complementary and Alternative Medicines on Cancer Survival,” will be presented by Dr. Skyler Johnson, a Yale health sciences research fellow and chief resident in radiation oncology. It will focus on patients who are choosing nontraditional therapies for cancer treatment and how these therapies affect survival.
