Yes, this scene was filmed at the Fort Wetherill State Park, it’s in Jamestown at the southern end of Conanicut Island. Road trip anyone? Tune in again tomorrow for another bit of Rhode Island history!

Now for some events.

Tonight, CC O’Brien’s is hosting their weekly trivia night. CC O’Brien’s is located at 8 Mechanic Street, Pawcatuck, Connecticut. The event is free and starts at 7:30 p.m. so come test your knowledge and win great prizes including gift certificates!

If staying active is more your speed there’s a Yoga class at duBois Beach tomorrow, at 5:30 p.m.

Today we’re remembering the life of Anne Marie Madden of Westerly. She was the wife for over 50 years to the late Frank Madden. She enjoyed knitting and was a great cook who enjoyed doting on her children and grandchildren. Anne Marie will be dearly missed by her children and grandchildren. We thank you for taking a moment with us to remember and celebrate Anne Marie’s life.
