I AM LISTENING TO: Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Howlin’ Wolf, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Bill Evans, the Stones, the Ramones. I listen to a lot of different things.

LAST MOVIE WATCHED: "The Green Book."

FAVORITE TV SHOW: I probably spend too much time watching sports.

FAVORITE RADIO SHOW: I like Little Steven’s "Underground Garage."

FAVORITE GENRE OF MUSIC: Jazz, Blues, Soul, Classic Rock.

TOP COMFORT FOOD: A big plate of pasta.

SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES I USE MOSTLY: I use Twitter quite a bit.

TRAITS I MOST ADMIRE: Intellectual honesty, hard work, compassion.

PET PEEVES: Excuse-making, pettiness.

FAVORITE QUOTATION: There are a number, but “I know words. I have the best words” is a keeper.

MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT OUR LITTLE CORNER OF THE WORLD: Great arts, great restaurants, great kids.

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: My kids are the most important thing to me.

LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME: I was a professional musician for many years before becoming an administrator.

BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED: “Get it in writing.”

ADVICE I BEST LIKE TO GIVE: Don’t take it personal, don’t make it personal.

IF I RULED THE WORLD I WOULD: Upgrade my cable package.

IF I WON THE LOTTERY, THE FIRST THING I WOULD DO IS: Pay off both of my son’s college loans.

I DRIVE A: Gray 2018 Ford Focus.

I WISH I DROVE A: I’m not that picky ... as long as it fits my skis and my fishing gear.

ALWAYS IN MY FRIDGE: Eggs, milk, something with green growing on it ... nothing remarkable.

IF I COULD HOST A DINNER PARTY WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE FROM THE PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE, I WOULD INVITE: The family and friends who have passed ahead of me. I’d love to see them again. Maybe someday.
