Betsy Huber, the first female president of the National Grange Association, was the special guest at the Rhode Island State Grange's 132nd annual convention held at the Radisson Hotel in Warwick and presided over the installation of Eileen Hebert, who was elected and installed as the first female president of the Rhode Island State Grange.
