Margot Bucci of East Greenwich made her goal weight after 14 years. She is member of the TOPS #38 in East Greenwich. Bucci said she was able to lose the weight by developing good habits; like eliminating evening snacking; keeping a food diary to stay within a 1200-calorie range and planning ahead. Facing the scale every week at TOPS meetings kept her on her toes, she said, adding that she "could not have traveled the journey alone."
