Silver award

Hayden Puglia, Ruby Taylor and Geena Kenyon, ages 14 to 15 and members of Troop 1288 of the Girl Scouts, worked together in order to build a sensory garden and music box for the kids at Pathways school. The garden has a section for every one of the five senses to help educate kids and provide a more hands-on and engaging form of learning. The project was the Scouts’ silver project, the second highest award in Girl Scouts.
