Garden Market Fair

WESTERLY — Vendors from all around Rhode Island and Connecticut will sell annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, vegetables, herbs, and a plethora of garden accessories Sunday during the 37th annual Garden Market Fair in Wilcox Park, a festival of plants and all things garden-related. The fair will be held rain or shine.

Also for sale will be a large selection of hanging plant arrangements, as well as organic and locally grown vegetables and herbs.

Wilcox Park volunteers and staff, who organize the event, will be selling plants from the park's collections at the Wilcox Memorial Fountain, including perennials and small trees. A family-friendly festival, the Sunday event also features a Children's Corner near the fountain where children have the the opportunity to create dish gardens.

The University of Rhode Island Master Gardeners will set up an informational kiosk and will offer free soil testing. Coffee and snacks will be available on the esplanade, provided by Westerly Library’s Coy Café, and a food truck will also be on site.
