WESTERLY PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION OF WEEKAPAUG INN & COTTAGES, LLC TO MODIFY APPROVED SITE PLAN 25 SPRAY ROCK ROAD (PLAT 167, Lot 161) Major Land DevelopmentCombined Master/Preliminary Plan Review Notice is hereby given that the Westerly Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 45 Broad Street, Westerly, Rhode Island at 7:00 PM on the combined Master/Preliminary Plan review application of Weekapaug Inn & Cottages, LLC to modify its approved Site Plan. The applicant proposes: A 78-person capacity meetinghouse and one (1) hotel building consisting of two (2) 1-bedroom efficiency units in substitution for three (3) 2-bedroom suites (cottages) previously approved. During this Public Hearing, all interested persons shall be given the opportunity to provide comments and/or concerns and may submit oral testimony and/or written materials which may be entered into the record. Plans and information are available for review at the Westerly Planning Office located in the lower level of Town Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired and non-English speaking persons should call (401) 348-2500 or 596-2022 (V/TDD) at least 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing.
