Graeve nets three in Lenihan’s win


WESTERLY — Louis Graeve scored three goals as Lenihan Appraisal downed Buckley 4-0 in Westerly Hockey Club League play last Thursday.

Eric Beverly scored the other Lenihan goal. Robert Ridgway and Jeff Morrone tallied two assists apiece.

Morrone’s Auto ................7

Keith Moody recorded a hat trick to lead Westerly Auto Body. Moody scored all three of his goals in a seven-goal second period for the winners.

Dan Morrisey and Rick Mann scored two goals apiece in the win.

John Teeson had three goals and two assists for Morrone’s. Gary Weal contributed a pair of goals.

Matt Somweber scored two goals in Malted Barley’s win while Ian Willets chipped in with a goal and two assists.

Graig Angarella assisted on a pair of goals in the victory.

Luke Trifiletti and John Orefice accounted for the Broadway Auto goals.

Peter Machnik scored a pair of goals in the first quarter and Jake Kelly capped the scoring with a goal in the third period.

Sean Morrone scored what turned out to be the winning goal in the third period.

Tyler Page, Irv Allyn and Chris Deignan scored the other Ca-Gin Concrete goals.

Dan Desaulniers scored twice for Grey Sail. Cory Korchin scored the third Grey Sail goal and Keith Macwillian recorded two assists.
