Soundview picks up victory


WESTERLY — Greg West and Tom Fabian each scored 17 points in Soundview Orthopedics 61-54 win against Precision Fitness in a Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA Slo-Break basketball game on Jan. 8.

Rick Delicato chipped in with eight points.

Precision’s Todd Cambio led all scorers with 27 points and Marcus Ferraro added another 16.

Earl Whitford and Rob Scavello accounted for 59 of Benevides & Turano’s points in a win.

Whitford scored 30 points and Scavello dropped in 29.

Kyle Fusaro led Photobooth Planet with 19 points and Geoff Gordon scored 18.

Todd Harrington scored 28 points for Mansfield.

Adam Falcone scored 18 and Steve Gardner added another 14 for the winning side.

Bobby Rofrano and Mike Hamelin combined for 31 points in Hilltop’s win.

Rofrano scored 16 and Hamelin dropped in 15. Ed Haik added another eight points.

Mike Murdock scored 26 points for Danny’s and led all scorers. Dave Liguori added seven.
