Danny’s gets past Findesein

WESTERLY — Kyle Smith, Jason Crouteau and Justin Cahoone finished with two hits each as Danny’s Bar/The Haversham topped Findesein 6-3 in the Westerly Men’s Softball League Sunday night at Craig Field.

Smith lead off the game with a homer, while Croteau and Cahoone contributed two RBIs each. Croteau also doubled.

Danny’s is 13-4, while Findesein dropped to 8-9.

David Dumsar doubled and drove in three runs for Findesein (9-9) in the mercy rule win.

Cory Smith and Gary Collins finished with two hits each for the winners. The each drove in a run.

Josh Barber hit a two-run single for Watch Hill Garage (4-13).

Jade Lupinacci finished 4 for 4 with four RBIs and a double in the mercy-rule win.

Torey Lauria, Brian Howard and Josh Arnold were also 4 for 4 with a double for Hilltop (11-5). Arnold drove in three runs, while Lauria and Howard had two RBIs each.

Taylor Wildes triple and drove in a run for Trivia Time (0-14).

Jeff Collins doubled twice and drove in six runs for Apicle (13-1) in the mercy-rule win on Thursday.

James Gordon and Ray Cormier each went 3 for 3, doubled and drove in two runs.

Ryan Heiberger was 2 for 2 for Watch Hill Garage (4-12).

Justin Gwaltney homered and drove in four runs for Apice in the mercy-rule victory.

Gwaltney was 4 for 4. Jeff Collins, drove in two runs, homered and went 3 for 4. Jason Collins doubled twice, drove in two runs and finished 3 for 4.

Kyle Potter and Peter Coleman were each 2 for 3 with a pair of RBIs for Davis Standard (4-10).

Kevin Cobleigh finished 4 for 5 with a double and four RBIs for Danny’s.

Kyle Smith and Andrew Bressette added three hits each. They each doubled. Bressette drove in three runs.
