Danny’s Bar/The Haversham tops United Builders Supply/Cally Club


WESTERLY — Luke Raiche homered and drove in four runs as Danny’s Bar/The Haversham outlasted United Builders Supply/Cally Club 21-12 in the Westerly Men’s Softball League Monday night at Craig Field.

Raiche was 3 for 5. Kevin Cobleigh finished 2 for 4 with a homer and three RBIs for the winners. Andrew Pascuzzi was 5 for 5 with two doubles and two RBIs. The winners are 5-3.

Chris Sammataro was 4 for 5 with a double and two RBIs for United Builders Supply/Cally Club (4-3). Fra Gencarelli finished 3 for 5 with five RBIs, while Bob Eastwood was 3 for 3.

Lucky House (3-3) received a forfeit from Trivia Time USA (0-9).

Davey Allen doubled twice and drove in three runs helping Davis Standard/Angie’s Pizza (2-5) to the victory on Sunday.

Allen was 4 for 4. Chip Chafee was 3 for 4 with two doubles, while Ryan Simone finished 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs.

Ben Perry went 2 for 2 for Affordable Furnishings (2-7).

Brian Discordia, Will Jenkinsi and Josh Arnold contributed two hits each in the mercy-rule win on Sunday.

Discordia homered and drove in three runs for Hilltop (6-3). Jenkins and Arnold drove in two runs each.

Trivia Time USA............. 7

Gary Collins finished 3 for 3 and drove in five runs for Findesein (4-5) in the game ended by the mercy rule on Sunday.

Steve Cahoone finished 3 for 3 with a double and two RBIs. Dave Dumsar was 3 for 4 with three RBIs.

Phil Startz went 3 for 3 with a double and two RBIs for Trivia Time.
