WESTERLY — Kate Brouillette hit an inside-the-park homer and Amanda Barresse contributed two doubles as the Westerly Middle softball team ended the regular season with a 15-0 win against Narragansett Pier Wednesday afternoon.

Brouillette’s two-run homer came in the second inning.

Allison Northup and Rileigh Kusmit also doubled. Westerly led 6-0 after two innings and scored nine more in the third. The game was halted after 4½ innings by the mercy rule.

Maya Legare and Mia Tomillo combined on a one-hitter. Legare, who earned the win, pitched the first four innings. She struck out three. Tomillo pitched the fifth.
