Cimini helps Mansfield turn back Soundview


WESTERLY — Chad Cimini scored 18 points helping Mansfield Insurance nip Soundview Orthopedics 60-59 in the Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA Slo-Break Basketball League last Wednesday.

Adam Falcone chipped in 13 points to the winning cause.

Tom Fabian paced a balanced scoring attack for Soundview with 15 points.

Danny’s Bar 58, Benevides & Turano 48

Mike Murdock scored half of Danny’s points and Jay Brunelle scored 10.

Rob Scavello led Benevides & Turano with 20 points.

Hilltop Cafe 65, Medronic 52

Mike Hamelin led all scorers with 25 points and Brian Jarvis tossed in 14 to lead Hilltop to victory.

Angelo Luzzi was high man for Medronic with 16 points.

Precision Fitness 73, Photobooth Planet 50

Todd Cambio scored 23 points and Derek Vacca added 22 for Precision Fitness

Rich Pinkhover led Photobooth Planet with 14 points.
